- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

- You will be eligible for a full refund, or an exchange at no additional cost as long as you have an active ePlant subscription.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION OF CREDIT CARD POLICYΒ
In order to streamline the payment process and ensure a seamless transaction, we require pre-authorization for credit card payments. This allows us to secure your payment information upfront while delaying the actual charge until your order is shipped.

Here's how the pre-authorization process works:
1. Upon placing your order, we will request a temporary hold on your credit card for the total amount of the purchase. This pre-authorization ensures that the funds are available and reserved for your transaction.

2. The pre-authorization hold will not result in an immediate charge to your credit card. The funds will remain in your account but will be temporarily unavailable for other transactions.

3. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will finalize the transaction by capturing the authorized funds and completing the charge on your credit card.

4. After the charge is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase, including the total amount charged and any applicable shipping information.

- The pre-authorized amount may appear as a pending transaction on your credit card statement, but it will not be reflected as an actual charge until your order is shipped.
